Development of process structures based on the concept organizational reengineering

There is a need to determine the composition and content of the main stages of development of process management structures in social and economic environments that exist in various fields of activity. The description, justification and parameters of restructuring based on the concept of organizational reengineering using typical attributes of the organization and its processes are presented. The development of process management structures will make it possible to identify weaknesses in the organization in a short time and present new attributes that have a high level of feasibility for their implementation.
