Development of integration processes in modern IT-business

The article examines the features of the development of integration processes (PI) in modern business using the example of the IT industry. The authors analyze the growth dynamics of the Russian IT sector, which is showing significant acceleration compared to global rates, as well as key factors of its development: government support, digitalization of the economy and increased cybersecurity. The article examines the challenges faced by Russian companies, including sanctions, the departure of foreign technology giants and the shortage of qualified personnel. Special attention is paid to the experience of digital transformation in Russia (using the example of Sberbank and Magnit) and foreign countries (Germany and South Korea). In conclusion, strategies for the further development of the IT industry are proposed, including import substitution and cooperation with friendly states.
