The development of the procedural rules of economic justice in Russia in XV-XVII centuries

The author raises questions of formation and development of economic justice within the framework of the evolution of the fundamental principles of procedural rules for resolving economic disputes by specialised bodies - courts in XV-XVII centuries. The article presents the views of different jurists on the understanding of the definition of "economic justice." Is also seen position and role of each participant in the process of settling economic disputes.
