Development of professionally significant qualities of future teachers of fine arts

The article deals with the main professionally significant qualities of an artist-teacher. Such concepts as artistic perception, artistic and imaginative thinking and artistic taste are revealed. The article reveals the results of studying scientific works on the given problem of the following teachers: B. M. Nemensky, G. Kershensteiner, K. Ricci, K. Lamprecht, L. S. Vygotsky, A. N. Leontiev, Y. B.Borev. Pedagogical actions for the development of professionally significant qualities of future teachers of fine arts are proposed.
