Development of vocational education in the Kaluga region

The article considers the development of vocational education in the Kaluga region. The implemented Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Kaluga region, within the framework of which an educational cluster is being formed, is analyzed. The ongoing state program "Development of Vocational Education and Science in the Kaluga Region" is analyzed, the results of efficiency for 2019-2021 are considered. The positive impact of the created multifunctional centers of applied qualifications and the dual training used in the training of professional personnel for the industries of the region has been proven.
