Development of teacher's professional capacity in the conditions of implementing the Federal state educational standard of elementary compulsory education

The requirements to the vocational training of elementary school teachers in the system of further training in the institution of supplementary vocational education are reviewed. These requirements are described in the conditions of federal state educational standards implementing. The ways of these requirements implementation in the network of further training courses are presented.
