Development of psychophysical factors of personality as an essential element of the complex format of training of ATS employee of the Russian Federation

The article examines the relationship between the issues of physical and psychological training of an internal affairs officer to combat offenders in various aspects of official activity. Some forms of insufficient physical and psychological preparedness of a police officer to ensure personal safety in the implementation of actions to prevent crimes and offenses have been identified. The importance of forming the readiness of the police officers to carry out competent and timely counteraction, including in the process of conducting a single combat with the offender, was noted. It is determined that the professional actions of the police officers in the fight against the criminal are based primarily on psychological readiness and physical training, where these components are in continuous interaction and directly affect the final result. It is concluded that comprehensive training sessions motivate students to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills, strengthening the psychological and physical components of countering the offender.
