Development of psychophysical qualities of military personnel of the signal forces through methodological approaches to sports training of orienteering athletes

Based on the high tension in the performance of combat tasks of communications specialists, high requirements are imposed on their training. The article considers a set of approaches to the development of psychophysical qualities of specialists using methods used in orienteering. The direction was chosen not by chance due to the comprehensive development of orienteering athletes both physically and psychologically. To confirm this, surveys and training sessions were conducted, the results of which are given in the article.
