Labour resources development in the Republic of Dagestan

High-quality labour reproduction is a strategic determinant of the sustainable development of the regional economy. Correspondence between job structure and qualitative features of the employed labour demands the need for reorientation of the educational institutions from training unclaimed college-educated specialists to training workers with a wider range of professions. Basing upon the analysis of the main indicators and trends in the human resources training the author substantiates proposals on optimization of the educational processes.
