Developing students' reactions in karate classes

The article examines the influence of regular karate training on the development of visual and sound reactions in students. An experiment was conducted with the participation of 40 students divided into control and experimental groups. The results showed a significant improvement in the participants' reaction time, which indicates a positive effect of karate classes on cognitive and neuromuscular coordination.
