The advancement of redevelopment as an area of urban territory reorganization

The article is devoted to the advancement of redevelopment as a scope of activity in a real estate market in Russia. The author examines the notion of redevelopment as an activity aimed at reorganization of real estate objects and territories. The reasons of formation and development of a new for Russian real estate market activity are analyzed. The range of major problems, which real estate market players deal with when implementing redevelopment projects, are reviewed.
