Development of socio-economic systems of the region in modern conditions

The article considers the productive forces as the most important element of socio-economic systems. The dynamics of the main socio-economic indicators of the regions of the Russian Federation for 2020 is presented. Comparative characteristics of the mortality rates of the Russian Federation with other countries, indicators characterizing the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the population as productive forces are given. Changes are proposed in the system of service provision, as one of the most important areas of the modern economy, the need to improve the quality and safety of health services, which will reduce the risks of premature mortality, morbidity, and increase the socio-economic indicators of the state.
