The development of Russian-Chinese migration relations in the first quarter of the XX century

The article is devoted to the study of migration flows in the difficult period of revolutionary upheavals in the beginning of the XX century. The characteristic of the population mobility of two countries on the example of Russian-Chinese relations is presented in this article. Some features of the influence of various political, military and economic factors of Russian-Chinese immigration policy development are analyzed.
