The development of Russian agriculture in the conditions of economic sanctions

The article considers the problems of agricultural development production in Russia in terms of economic sanctions and new economic realities. Over the last few years the Russian Government has created the legislative and economic frameworks that are able to bring a new level of agriculture in the country. However, the problems still hinder the achievement of some specific goals, but a complex work on the part of Government and business will contribute to the solution of these problems, thereby to implement the program of import substitution.
