In recent years, Russia has seen a steady increase in demand for low-rise housing. The attractiveness of individual housing construction for the population is due to low operating costs, short construction periods, socio-psychological comfort and a number of other advantages. The study reviewed and analyzed the current trends in the individual housing market in the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Zelenodolsk, as well as factors affecting its development.
