Development of information and communication market as a production sector in Russia regions

The article dwells on the market of information and communication technology as a sector of production. The author indicates that no significant attention is paid to the development of this market in the Russian regions. The perspective of IT market influence as a sector of production on the region is suggested and the possibility of the development of this segment in the Altai region is considered.
