Development of the labor market in Russia and its features at the present stage

The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of formation and development of the Russian labor market. The features of the development of the country's labor sphere in different periods of its development have been determined. The policy of developed foreign countries in the labor market in modern conditions, aimed at reducing unemployment and increasing employment, has been investigated. Concrete measures are proposed to solve the existing problems in the sphere of labor and employment in the Russian economy, based, first of all, on improving the legislative framework of the country that regulates these relations.
