Development of control systems in the agricultural organizations during the post crisis period and the analysis of productivity of management of the agricultural enterprises of Rostov region

Main principles of formation of modern economic administrative system are described. Some problems of management on the regional level in the post-transformational period are revealed. The calculation of economic efficiency of administrative activity of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Foodstuff of Rostov Region for the period of 2000-2007 with the prospective development is made.
