The development of a system of documents for strategic planning of the industry on different levels of economy management

The problems associated with the improvement of the strategic planning system for the development of Russian industry are considered. The hierarchy, typology and composition of planning documents regulating industrial activity at various levels of management: federal, regional, municipal are researched. The proposals on the expediency of supplementing the system of planning documents with new elements: concepts, strategies and industrial development programs in urban agglomerations and macroregions of Russia are substantiated.
