Development of a system for monitoring the quality of public services

The article discusses modern methods of organizing monitoring of state and municipal services as a process of interaction between consumers and government agencies in Russia and abroad. The results of the analysis of the Russian public services system are presented, and a set of criteria for the periodic selection of services in subsequent monitoring studies is formulated. The directions for further improvement of the process of providing public services in the Russian Federation are proposed.
