Advanced training of teaching staff is one of the strategic tasks of education development, therefore, the importance of this area cannot be underestimated. When it comes to the education and socialization of students, the issue of advanced training of teaching staff is more than relevant. The article presents information on the system of continuous advanced training of teaching staff in the context of implementing an innovative project. The main works on this problem are highlighted, the concept of advanced training is revealed from the perspective of scientists who studied it. The results of diagnostic studies in an educational organization on the issues of real and potential possibilities of the educational environment in the college are covered. The article provides a legal basis for the continuous professional development of teaching staff in educational organizations. The article presents the experience of an educational organization in the continuous professional development of teaching staff in the context of the implementation of a regional innovation platform, carried out through the information and methodological support system. The main functions of the information and methodological support system for the advanced training of teaching staff are described: diagnostic, training, prognostic, advisory, and adaptive. The author reveals the principles of information and methodological support for the advanced training of teaching staff, the principle of operation of a personalized route for advanced training of a teacher, and the stages of implementation of information and methodological support. The role of the methodological service of the technical school is emphasized, a wide range of areas of activity in the context of information and methodological support for the advanced training of teaching staff is highlighted. Positive results of this support in the context of the implementation of a personalized education system in an educational organization are noted.
