Development of the system of early care services for children with disabilities and their families in the Republic of Tatarstan during the pandemic

The spread of a new coronavirus infection completely stopped the provision of early care services in the Republic of Tatarstan in April 2020. Parents and their children were left without support. The main problem: the lack of classes that children and families need (the most important factor in the effectiveness of habilitation is the regularity and continuity of classes.); the ineffectiveness of specialists ' attempts to use the distance format. The result of the restructuring of the activities for the provision of early aid services in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic: in 20 regions of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan, early aid services became available to families regardless of the epidemiological situation (in an online format).
