The development of the Russian legislative system(middle of 17th - 18th centuries)

Search after ways of formulating of the law system alongside with the general defining of the legal regulation scope were closely tied to the new, second period of the legislative system development in the middle of 17th-18th centuries. It was based on the first stage of origin of the standard in the Russian law, connected with the establishing of its Russian law system, defining general tendencies of the legal regulation and the origin of the legislative system embracing the chronological period between the 9th-middle 18th centuries. Elucidation of the Russian legislative system genesis is to be continued in this article.
