Development of an intelligent marketing management system through the digitalization of industries

The study shows that in the context of deepening market reforms in China’s oil and gas sector, traditional marketing approaches no longer provide the required level of effectiveness. Intelligent natural gas marketing emerges as a strategic direction for industry modernization, based on the integration of digital technologies, data analytics, and new management methods. This system encompasses four key components: strategic planning, business process transformation, data management, and the development of a technological platform. The analysis confirms that establishing a comprehensive intelligent marketing system is a necessary step to improve the efficiency of China’s gas industry and serves as an important reference in the formation of a modern energy system. The study also presents the main stages of developing such a system and key indicators that allow for assessing the effectiveness of intelligent marketing and ensuring its further optimization. In addition, the article outlines recommended measures for the further development of this system in China.
