Development of the personnel management system of a medical institution

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of personnel management in a healthcare institution. The most common problems of personnel management, typical for this system of institutions, are analyzed, recommendations for improving the personnel management system are proposed. The recommendations relate to the issues of reducing the costs of personnel training at a time in order to make it more accessible and regular. As well as strengthening the motivation of the staff of a medical institution by improving the moral, psychological and economic methods of stimulating it.
