The article presents an analysis of existing systems and features of personnel management in service sector organizations, the article reveals the importance of organizational culture in the personnel management system. Based on the analysis, the author's recommendations aimed at the development of the personnel management system in the organizations of the service sector at the present stage of development of the analyzed sphere, taking into account the crisis impacts and minimizing their consequences in the industry, are compiled.
