Development of social partnership in the Ulyanovsk region

The Article is devoted to the development of social partnership in the Ulyanovsk region. The main principles of social partnership are: equality, respect and consideration for the interests of the parties, the interest of the parties in participation in contractual relations, the promotion of the state in strengthening and development of social partnership on a democratic basis, the compliance of the parties and their representatives of the labour legislation and other normative legal acts(containing norms of labor law), the authorization of representatives of the parties, freedom of choice in discussing matters included in the scope of work, voluntary adoption by the parties of the obligations, the reality of the commitments entered into by the parties, the enforceability of collective agreements, agreements, monitoring the implementation of the accepted collective agreements, agreements, responsibilities of the parties, their representatives for failure to comply with their fault of collective agreements, agreements.
