The essence of social activity, its structure and functions is revealed in article, which has the basis of the analysis of positions of the system-sinergetic approach. The development of social activity of prospective specialists in educational system of high school is presented as polycyclic, its principles providing transition of the future expert on higher level of development of social activity are defined.
