Development of social infrastructure: use of public-private partnership projects in the field of services

The article describes the main development trends of the service sector, the possibility of using the tools of public-private partnership (PPP) in the sectors of social infrastructure. Effective implementation of PPP projects depends on the transformation of functions of the state and municipal management towards decentralization and cooperation with the private sector. Based on the analysis of cultural institutions functioning in the Novosibirsk region, the authors consider the possibility of using the public-private partnership projects in the culture industry.
