The possibility of developing the social component of an organization is investigated as an example of innovation that contributes to the economic development of a business and increases its sustainability. As a social component, its key components are considered: employees, corporate culture, stakeholders. The analysis of proposals in the field of key qualities that the social component of the organization should possess is carried out, the strategic advantages of adaptability, dynamism, flexibility, diversity are highlighted. Recommendations on the development of the social component of the organization are formed, the content of the innovative approach is disclosed.
