Development of sports and active tourism in Russia

The article examines the current trends in the development of mass sports and active tourism in Russia and the world. The article analyzes popular types of active tourism, methods of preparing for tourism activities for people with different levels of physical fitness, as well as the specifics of organizing sports and tourism events for different social and age groups of the population. Research data on the impact of active tourism on physical performance and human health are presented.
