Development of customs cooperation in the context of reorientation of international commodity flows

The sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation forced the reorientation of the flow of goods from the western market to the eastern region. But to ensure such a solution, it is necessary to significantly transform and improve the customs infrastructure. The article analyzes the main directions of changes in customs regulation and customs cooperation. The urgent task of the Russian Federation at the moment is to overcome technical and technological barriers to the flow of goods. The problems of unification of the customs procedure of customs transit are highlighted. The idea of the need to work on the recognition of Russian authorized economic operators as foreign partners is substantiated, which will significantly reduce the time and financial costs of participants in foreign economic activity.
