Development of neolithic pottery production technology in Eastern Jezirah and the Zagros mountains (Northern Iraq and Western Iran)

Бесплатный доступ

Development of pottery production technology went through several stages recorded in the eastern part of Upper Mesopotamia and the Zagros Mountains (Northern Iraq and Western Iran). The earliest pottery of Northern Iraq is more likely to be linked technologically to pottery assemblages in the Zagros Mountains. Wide dissemination of pottery in the region is recorded in the Proto-Hassuna period. The paper considers in details the production technology of this period.
