The development transport infrastructure like strategic part of system management in the region

This article based on the application of the method of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, using electronic resources, reveals the basic notion of transport logistics, points to major problems in the economic system, and outlines the most perspective direction of development. Logistics introduced fundamental changes in the previous administration in the period of transition to market relations, the reform of the property and the emergence of cooperative enterprises, business partnerships and other organizational forms businesses, and prompted organizers to improve the functions of business management. Unlike marketing and management as management tools, logistics has no explicit conceptual clearance with regard to its content and scope of optimum application. Assessment of the effectiveness and necessity of individual forms and methods of logistics at specific enterprises makes it difficult for a broad range of its objectives, functions, and objects of use, however not sufficiently identified the relationship between logistics management and marketing to achieve high competitiveness. Road transport has always been the weak component of the economy in the Russian Federation. The transition to a market economy brought transportation companies of the country in a difficult position, forcing him to significantly reduce costs. New process in the economic sphere has demanded from employees of transport enterprises special attention to address issues relating to the Organization and management of transportation. Given these complexities, revealed a need for better analysis and planning work of all constituent elements of transport logistics.
