The development of tourism in the Tula and Kaluga regions

The article discusses with the development of tourism in the Tula and Kaluga regions. The General characteristics of the regions and their individual features are shown. Such indicators as the popularity of tourist activities, the tourist flow in the regions (dynamics and growth), the dynamics of the volume of services provided in the field of tourism, especially the state support of the regions are analyzed. On the basis of the conducted research the features of tourism development, strengths and weaknesses in the areas are revealed.
