The article deals with the notion "the creative potential of teachers" as system-expressed possibilities of his active professional and personal qualities, realized in pedagogical skills, humane attitude to students, and in created by him situations, which encourage the initiative, cognitive and social activism of pupils - their individual uniqueness of each individual.
