Development of educational and professional motivation of economics and management profile students in competency-based teaching paradigm

Development of educational and professional motivation of students from perspective of the competence-based approach implies a change in the education system of higher schools, connected with the search of new pedagogical technologies, methods and forms of education. The present paper considers the role of competence-oriented technologies and interactive methods of training in the formation of the educational-professional motivation of higher schools students.
