Development of criminal law for offenses against the representative of authority in the legislation of the USSR and the RSFSR

The article consideres the question of evolution of norms for offenses against honor and dignity of the authority in the legislation of the USSR and RSFSR. The author provides the criminal and legal characteristic of structures of an insult and slander concerning the authority.
