Development of university complex as condition for increase quality training of expert

Integration of science and education, being taken as the basis of the regional university complex at Orenburg state university was analysed in this article. Strategies of the regional university complexes and the main principles of their elaboration as well as perspectives of their development have become the topic of the article.
