The dissertation by V.V. Korobkova examines the contemporary challenges faced by families within a rapidly changing sociocultural context. In an environment of increasing social mobility and shifting family structures, the author proposes a system-synergetic concept for developing the educational potential of families in an open educational space. The introduction of the work clearly formulates the methodological framework, highlighting the relevance of the topic through the lens of modern issues. The dissertation’s structure includes an analysis of historical development, theoretical and methodological foundations, a conceptual model and conditions for its implementation, as well as the results of experimental work in the Perm region. The novelty of the research lies in the creation of a criterion-level model for assessing educational potential, the integration of educational spaces, and interagency cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of family policy. The materials of the dissertation provide a basis for systematic analysis and the implementation of the concept at the regional level.
