Development of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the liquidation of legal entities in the context of the historical aspect

The article is devoted to the study of legislation on the liquidation of legal entities that existed in Russia in various historical periods, the formulation of theoretical conclusions about the essence and legal nature of the institution of liquidation of legal entities, the process of reorganization of legal entities, regulatory legal acts governing the liquidation procedure.
