The present article attempts to present an integral study of the health saving behaviour among high school students of various age groups considering all components of health: somatic, physical, psychologic, moral. Ample empirical material features the student health self assessment, needs and motifs of the health saving behaviour and concrete actions taken to save and strengthen health are analysed.
