The zone development of the cluster tourist and recreational type (the area «Lake Shchuchye» as an example)

The article considers the experience of the Selenginsk district of the Republic of Buryatia in creating a recreational area «Lake Shchuchye, a specially protected natural territory of local significance, which later became a pilot project for developing tourist and recreational cluster «On the Great Tea Road» in Buryatia. The problems and practices of developing eco-tourism and introducing public and private partnerships have been identified.
