Pedagogical support of leadership development of young people in various types of associations of fans of role-playing games

In article the problem of the qualified organization of pedagogical maintenance of development of leadership skills of participants of three various types of associations of fans of role-playing games is investigated. As associations of fans of role-playing games belong to informal associations, pedagogical maintenance of formation of leadership skills of youth is important for increase in efficiency of educational process for these associations developing spontaneously that is out of an area of coverage of cultural institutions, leisure, education. In article it is proved that the specifics of pedagogical maintenance of development of leadership skills of the youth participating in role-playing games depend on different type of game behavior of participants of the games “fantasy”, historical reconstruction and games of active action.
