The article describes the experience of a professional educational organization to form a developing educational environment, providing educational and professional self-realization and development of creative abilities of students. It is given the characteristics of the structural components of the developing educational environment. There are presented achievements of students, confirming the efficiency and effectiveness of developing educational environment in college.
