The rehabilitation period after a limb injury in a horse depends on the severity of the injury. As soon as the signs of inflammation disappear, it is necessary to gradually increase physical activity, namely the duration of walking and physical rehabilitation. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation of equine limbs in tendovaginitis. To carry out rehabilitation measures, horses were divided into two groups after diagnosis and drug treatment. We used an integrated approach, continuity and continuity of activities. The rehabilitation program we developed for both groups included kinesiotherapy, and manual massage was additionally included for 2 groups. Carrying out rehabilitation measures at an early stage contributed to a rapid recovery. But in the group that used only kinesiotherapy, recovery was slower than in the group that used a combination of kinesiotherapy and massage. After all the medical and rehabilitation measures carried out, the horses recovered and were able to continue a full-fledged sports career.
