Rehabilitation of patients after impact of small doses of radiation with non-psychotic mental disorders

536 liquidators of the accident of ChAPS have been examined. In all patients after impact of small doses of radiation mental disorders of organic register have been revealed. Continuing worsening of state of mental and somatic health of these patients, lowering of quality of life has been noticed. Significant influence of social psychological factors on course of mental diseases has been revealed. Principles of rehabilitation of patients after impact of small doses of radiation with mental disorders have been developed, differentiated programs of rehabilitation have been proposed with inclusion of preventive, prophylactic, psychotherapeutic, psychopharmacological, immunorehabilitative, physiotherapeutic complexes. Consecutive realization of these rehabilitation activities has allowed achieving a more stable improvement of state of mental health.
