Candidiasis of the digestive tract (CDT) of geese, against the background of activation throughout the digestive system of Candida albicans, leads to the development of dysbiosis, immunodeficiencies, followed by inclusion in the pathology of all body systems. Existing methods of antimycotic therapy have only a further suppressive effect on the stressed body of birds. The paper presents the results of studying the functional depletion of the pancreas, one of the main digestive organs, against the background of the development of deep CDT in geese. It has been established that timely enzyme therapy with a microbial preparation Lithicase in combination with the probiotic Subtilis C (Research Institute “Probioticsˮ, Moscow) and propolis contributes to the dynamic recovery, in the direction of physiological values, of the production of digestive enzymes of the pancreas. The level of pancreatic lipase in the blood, in comparison with the data from sick and untreated geese, increased dynamically over the experimental periods in 14, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. at 2.57; 4,63; 71,8; 111.3 and 119.7 times; amylase - in 2.1; 3,4; 7,5; 10.5 and 19.5 times; proteases - in 1.66; 2,08; 2,66; 3.15 and 3.9 times, indicating the restoration of the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins in the body of geese.
