Implementation of state policy in the sphere of culture: regional aspect (on the example of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic)

The article defines the features of the implementation of cultural policy in a multi-ethnic region, where a unique model of the implementation of polycultural unity, intercultural and interethnic interaction in a single structure of the territory of residence of numerous peoples of Karachay-Cherkessia has been formed. The mission, strategic goals and objectives of the regional executive authority in the person of the Ministry of Culture of Karachay-Cherkessia are outlined, and the subordinate base of cultural institutions and organizations is analyzed.
