The article considers the necessity of formulating goals in the company. Due to the considered system of balanced indicators (BSC) it is shown how it is convenient to present the process of realization of goals on the scheme. Through the main goals, private tasks for the personnel are formed, the solution of which must be motivated. It is considered how to motivate employees through the KPI tool to effectively perform their tasks.
